This is to inform everyone that I am NOT anymore connected with Mr. Trace Trajano. I do not endorse him or any of his seminars and programs. I also do not intend to do any business with him moving forward.
We co-authored the book Think Rich, Yuppies which was published earlier this year. The book is our last project together and after the initial printed copies of the book are sold, the book Think Rich Yuppies will no longer be printed and distributed.
I have moved on. At present, I am writing books on personal financial management. I am also committed to continue writing many more books on financial management and other topics. If you have any comments, please email happysha.ph@gmail.com.

Hi, Al,
there were allegedly many scams related to Mr. Trajano. You may search the net so you can find some. I have been a victim, and without having to tell my name, out of concern, I am telling you not to be engaged in anything that has anything to do with him. I used to admire him and have high regard of him (I also attend one of his seminars and joined some of his programs, but after being scammed by him (not a big amount for millionaires, but for someone like me who was investing so I can be a millionaire, that is a big amount of money. hard-earned money, in fact!). anyway, in all your dealings, just scrutinize, ask around. or face the consequence of losing what you’ve got.
Sha, hope you don’t mind me answering. Kudos, keep up this noble work of yours!
i’m sad.
Trace Trajano is another self proclaimed no money down real estate guru, who in my opinion has clearly made his fortune in selling information, not in investing in real estate. And like every other real estate business opportunity, only an extremely small percentage ever succeed using his or any of the others information. This is because real estate investing is so much more complicated then they make it sound.
He is a sales con man. Using “Carleton H. Sheets” idea. He just change the script but its the same sales strategy. Google and read first about, John T. Reed’s analysis of Carleton H. Sheets. So you have an idea.
If you follow the nothing-down advice of the gurus, you will generally find that you have to take unconscionable advantage of an unsophisticated person and/or lie to a federally-insured lender to do the deal, and that after you have done the deal, you are losing money on the property and probably your good credit rating as a result.
The nothing-down movement does not exist to help people like you become financially independent. It exists to enable unscrupulous gurus to overcome the sales objection, “I don’t want to buy your real estate investment seminar (book, cassettes, whatever) because I have no money to invest.” It is a scam perpetrated on unsophisticated investors to make the gurus rich.
