THE POWER OF POSITIVITY
When people are whole, they are happy. Learn the keys to building a culture where there is real teamwork and commitment. Where the atmosphere is friendly, happy, and collaborative. And where good values are practiced in and out of the workplace.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The Power of Positivity is a program aimed at creating a positive impact in communities. It brings to life the need to “think well, feel well, and do well.”
Module 4: Positive Work Engagement
Work with Meaning.
Positive Work Engagement is work with meaning. Bringing one’s whole self to work and working for a bigger purpose are keys to being a happy and fulfilled employee. Through these, you avoid stress, perform better and become more productive.
Module 5: Positive Communication
Communicate with Dignity
Realizing that each person has dignity and that words are powerful, Positive Communication gives us insights on how we can communicate with honesty, authenticity, integrity, and love. You’ll be surprised at how much your life and relationships would improve if you communicate with dignity.
Module 6: Positive Relationships
Build Authentic Connections
A positive person spreads positivity in his relationships. In cultivating positive relationships, we propagate the culture of thinking, feeling and doing well. This is how we build positive communities. The foundation of a positive relationship is understanding and treating the other person as a gift.
