Think Well. Feel Well. Do Well. – Pope Francis

Are you overwhelmed by negativities?
Do you feel unsatisfied with life?

Do you feel unappreciated, overworked, and underpaid?

Do you want to improve your relationships and build real ones?

Do you want to communicate effectively with honesty, authenticity, integrity and love?

Do you want to make a positive difference in the lives of others?
We understand where you are coming from. And we have the solutions for you.
But first, let us introduce our organisation.
Who We Are

We are Asia’s first & only Integrality Trainers. As a multi-disciplinary training and consulting institution, we address the problem of brokenness (“basag”) by helping people harmonise their lives through their purpose.

We are the official Life Skills Training Provider of Jobstart Philippines under Republic Act 10869, a program that helps the Filipino youth gain meaningful employment and therefore transform their lives.

Our purpose is to inspire people to live integrated lives.

Our Clients

In the past, we’ve worked with different companies and organisations which include Asian Development Bank, Government of Canada, Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Local Employment, RARE Philippines, Land Transportation Office Region IV, Career Executive Service Board, Lyceum of the Philippines University, Far Eastern University Nursing Alumni Foundation, Foundation for Professional Training, Inc., Winternitz Insurance, P. Imes, Lakpue Drug Inc., West Visayas State University, Brgy. Forbes, and Bounty Fresh, among others.

When people are whole, they are happy. Learn the keys to building a culture where there is real teamwork and commitment. Where the atmosphere is friendly, happy, and collaborative. And where good values are practiced in and out of the workplace.

The Power of Positivity is a program aimed at creating a positive impact in communities.  It brings to life the need to “think well, feel well, and do well.”

Module 1: Positive Psychology
Choose Happiness Now.
Positive Psychology is a crucial step to be happy. It rewires our thoughts by engaging the three aspects of well-being: how to think well, feel well and do well. It leads us to developing a positive mindset, reworking how we interpret challenges, and cultivating strengths and positive values to achieve lasting happiness.
Module 2: Positive Integration
Align with Your Purpose.
By using your strengths, you can direct yourself to positive integration, which redounds to human flourishing – living your best life, being the best version of yourself. Positive Integration is anchored on purpose, the integrating factor that has the power to guide the way you think, behave, decide and live your life in all its aspects. When you know your purpose, all aspects of yourself will harmonize. This is POSITIVE INTEGRATION; it leads to wholeness. To keep you anchored on your purpose, the habit of reflection is a must. It will help you THINK WELL, empowering you to always keep yourself together into a whole.
Module 3: Positive Leadership
Influence through Character.
Here we delve into how leaders make a lasting, positive impact to the world around them. They increase their circles of positivity through feeling well: strengthening their character through the practice of virtues which enables them to answer the call of living by their purpose while bringing others along with them.

Module 4: Positive Work Engagement

Work with Meaning.

Positive Work Engagement is work with meaning. Bringing one’s whole self to work and working for a bigger purpose are keys to being a happy and fulfilled employee. Through these, you avoid stress, perform better and become more productive.

Module 5: Positive Communication

Communicate with Dignity

Realizing that each person has dignity and that words are powerful, Positive Communication gives us insights on how we can communicate with honesty, authenticity, integrity, and love. You’ll be surprised at how much your life and relationships would improve if you communicate with dignity.

Module 6: Positive Relationships

Build Authentic Connections

A positive person spreads positivity in his relationships. In cultivating positive relationships, we propagate the culture  of thinking, feeling and doing well. This is how we build positive communities. The foundation of a positive relationship is understanding and treating the other person as a gift.
