Unleash Your Power Within

How are you? It’s been a while since I wrote to you. I just finished attending Tony Robbins’ 4-day Unleash the Power Within (UPW) seminar here in Singapore. I’ve been to so many seminars before but Tony Robbins’ UPW topped everything I’ve attended before. It was life changing!

If this is the first time you’ve heard of Tony Robbins, he is the top speaker, life coach and business coach in the world. Top athletes and world leaders — Aerosmith, Pitbull, Hugh Jackman, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, etc. — come to him for advice

Here’s a quick list of what Tony Robbins taught us:

• • How to instantly change your mood (or your state) in a heartbeat.

E.g. If you’re nervous and you are about to deliver a presentation, how do you become confident in an instant? Or if you are angry and frustrated over something and you are about to meet a client, how can you change your mood/state in an instant so you and your client will have a better meeting?

• • How to take care of your body so you’ll get the energy you need
  • The 6 basic human needs
  • How to overcome depression
  • How to conquer limiting beliefs
  • and many more!

So many beautiful lessons. My favorite was the 45-minute exercise he did that totally changed my life and my perspective. It saved me from possible misery 20 years down the road.

Thus, I’m excited to share my learnings with you. What Tony Robbins taught was so beautiful I can’t afford to keep everything to myself. I have to share it! I ought to share it… and I want to share it with you.

It was a beautiful sight to behold — people hugging each other, high fiving each other, and just expressing love to one another. It felt like Tony Robbins uniting the world!
