Time Flies when You’re Having Fun, Don’t You Think So?
How are you? It’s been a while since I last blogged.
.
.
I’ve been very busy the past few weeks. I missed blogging. I missed you.
.
.
About two weeks ago, I attended a four-day trainers’ training at Bayleaf Hotel in Intramuros. The Master Trainer was a French/Belgian/American who came all the way from the U.S. I could say with all conviction that he is the best, the most efficient, the most effective, and the most brilliant Master Trainer I’ve met so far!
.
.

.
.
Normally, I would get so drained after attending training for four straight days. Surprisingly, I didn’t get tired during the four-day training. The pacing was just right. The way the modules was delivered was fun and engaging. Yet, at the end of the four-day training, I felt I learned so much about how to develop modules, how to deliver an effective training, etc.
.
.

.
.
The next week, I and my team of trainers from Institute for Integrality, Inc. went to Cebu for four days to train the government employees and officers from DOLE/PESO. We only had the weekend to study our training modules and prepare our respective power points. (In my case, I travelled to Baguio that weekend to conduct a team-building activity for the Toastmasters Officers based in Baguio and Dagupan).
.
.

.
.
It could have been stressful! Surprisingly, the training went so smoothly. The participants were so engaged and participative all throughout the training.
.
.
I wondered what must be the reason. Could it be because we — the trainers and the participants — were housed in a five-star hotel in Cebu, with buffet breakfast and lunch everyday?
.
.
I realised the real reason. There was a formula to preparing and delivering an effective training module. The training module was developed by Jean-Pierre Isbendjian, who has been doing this all over the world for decades. We just followed his formula and everything fell into place.
.
.
I think about writing a book. A lot of people get overwhelmed when they think about writing a book. Yes, writing a book can be overwhelming. But there is a formula to writing a book. There is a systematic way of writing a book.
.
.
Last January 6, 2015, I shared the systematic way of writing a book through The 90-Day Book Writing Challenge. Five months after, the same people who participated in the challenge launched their books.

I wish you success and happiness!
