The Ultimate Solution to Our Money Problems
I just came from the Summer Capital of the Philippines. Centralized air conditioner in the whole city (Brrrr!!! It was sooo cold out there!), colorful Panagbenga floats, and beautiful green scenery delighted the child in me! It always feels so good to be on vacation! 🙂  While dining in a restaurant inside Camp John Hay, this thought crossed my mind. I want to have the flexibility to work in front of a beautiful beach or on top of a mountain or in a cozy coffee shop anytime I wish. It’s a vision that gives me another strong motivation to succeed. It’s true that money may not be…

The Philippine Stock Market is Zooming Up to the Sky!
Wish I could write about the stock market. Obviously, I don’t have enough knowledge and experience to talk about it. So I decided to take a step back and give way to Bo Sanchez, the man who’s been teaching his maids, driver, kids, employees, and thousands of people how to invest in the stock market. Enjoy! 🙂 Take Advantage Of This Rocket Zooming Up To The Sky: The Philippine Stock Market; I Hope You’re Riding On It NOW… People ask me if I invest in the US Stock Market. Yes I do. But sometimes, I wonder why I do it. Well, okay…. I do it to diversify. I invest…

How to Achieve Your Dreams, Help a Lot of People, and Get Cool BONUSES
A few weeks ago, someone came up to me and asked me if I could teach her how to zero out her credit card debts and grow her money. A month before that, someone emailed me from overseas and asked me if I could teach him how to write a book. Prior to that, I’ve been receiving emails from my friends and Seminar Philippines community asking me the same questions. Back  Story Let me share an interesting back story. I was never a writer. In school, my inclination was in numbers. I was not fond of reading (books) either. I was also introvert, and at times, I…

The Blind Who Could See… and Who Made Others See
She was six years old when she lost her eye sight, a side effect of an over-the-counter drug that her doctor prescribed. If being born blind is hard, it’s probably harder to lose your eyesight because you would know what you would be missing. It took her two years to adjust to her condition. Her eyes couldn’t handle light, even just a little bit of it. Thus, her family had to put dark curtains in her room. Her brother, supportive as they were, took turns in reading to her  using a candle. After two years, this little girl decided to face the world and go to school again.…

Your Idea Matters! :)
Last weekend, I attended a two-day Kerygma Conference 2012 led by Bo Sanchez. More than 18,000 people gathered under one roof! The experience was amazing! During those two days, I learned a lot about Business, Leadership, Greater Things, and many more! I will share my notes with you in my succeeding posts. While in the conference, Â one of my agenda was to think of ways on how I could make Seminar Philippines better and more valuable to you. I believe it’s important for me to get to know you more so I can serve you better. And so I came up with a short survey. …

Why Mere Dreaming is Not Enough
Three friends Juan, Pedro, and Pepito went to a far flung barrio up north of the Philippines and they found one boiled egg. The problem is, there are three of them and there is only one boiled egg. And so they agreed that they will sleep first and dream. The person who will go farthest in his dream will win the boiled egg. And so the three of them went to sleep. The next morning, they got together. Juan was very excited to share his dream. He said, “I dreamed I was in Boracay. White sands… the sun was shining with all its splendor. Oh, I can still…

Before Ever After with Samantha Sotto
While jogging around Bonifacio Global City sometime in October 2011, I asked my friend what book she was reading. My friend loves to read fiction books! “I’m reading Before Ever After by Samantha Sotto.” she answered. “The author’s name sounds Filipino. Is she Pinay?” I asked. “Yes, I think she is. Guess what?! The setting was in Madrid!” She exclaimed. My friend was excited because we just came from Madrid (and other parts of Europe) when we attended the World Youth Day sometime in Aug 2011. When I got home, I googled Samantha Sotto right away. I learned that indeed, she’s Pinay; she’s a full time…

A National Athlete and her Happy Feet
Her talk was about dancing and football — not exactly my interests — but she talked with so much enthusiasm that I was glued to her every word. She kept me and her audience captive all throughout the talk. Her passion on her chosen crafts was evident in the excitement in her voice and the glow in her eyes. I remember telling myself, “Wow! I want to talk about my interests with so much passion, just like her.” She is Marielle Benitez. I guess you’re familiar with James Younghusband and Phil Younghusband of Azkals, right? Azkals is the Philippine Men’s National Football Team. The Philippine Women’s National Football…
